An amazing compendium of knowledge and weightlifting aid
This is a big book, both in impact and weight. The authors have done an amazing job of synthesizing the research and putting it in one accessible volume. They treat the body as an integrative whole and a complex system. As thorough as this book is, I’m really looking forward to how the authors continue to use this book as a platform for further insight and research. Oh - and the book also just looks great. Kudos to the design team for making the complex with readable and beautiful.
Great book, the full package
I loved this book, I think it was well thought out and planned, it's visually appealing and has everything in one place. There is a lot of actionable material without being pushed to a single diet or set of supplements. I like the visual guides as well. If you're into biohacking there's definitely some old ground covered obviously but they're really kept all the fundamentals which is good. I'm looking forward to the work section which is probably the area I'm least familiar with in biohacking books as opposed to nutrition ,exercise and sleep. I recommend this book definitely, it's a great reference book as well if you want to check a recipe, a workout or one of their clear and concise manifestos
Life changing book
You might think that some of the things you know already, but this book put things in new perspective. If you want to change your life you have to change you and this books helps you do exactly that!
This is probably one of the best books out there in that category. Nice illustrations. Well written and you really want to know even more about biohacking after that book.
