An excellent, extraordinary book would say...
I have made a quick reading of all the content and I am delighted with the information and advice it contains, as well as with the rigor used in the writing of the book. Congratulations for such a practical and informative book; undoubtedly it brings great value for the integral improvement of any person. Thanks for the effort made.
Great layout, informative but concise with references for those who want to go deeper. Simply awesome thanks.
Amazing reference book
Literally everything you need to understand about biohacking
Binding: it's great done, i have missed a separating tape. Content: i have browsed the entire book for now and i have just one thing to say: as a sport scientist i believe there is a bit of reduccionism on the little exercises chosen, even for health purposes, but i can understand it because if you didnt do this way it would become too long.
Biohacker’s handbook (hardcover)
Love the book. I’m so pleased I ordered the hard copy as well as just the online digital copy. Also the graphics are great as it helps to see rather than just read the information. Look forward to reading it.
