Actionable Information with Profound Effects!
Although I have not even come close to finishing this book, I can confidently say that it has already payed for itself multiple times over. The sleep section alone is enough to change your life, as it has changed mine. By implementing some of the simple strategies in this section, including adding in the special snack, I have noticed my sleep quota reduce by about an hour on average, and I now wake up more refreshed and ready to tackle the day! Hello - I have only read and enjoyed all the great information in the sleep chapter thus far but think the book looks great as I scan the rest of the pages. I have incorporated several of the ideas in the book and do notice a positive difference in the quality of my sleep. Using blue light blocker glasses and avoiding late night eating have been game changers. I live in New Jersey, USA and am still waiting for the hardcover book to be delivered.
