Although I have not even come close to finishing this book, I can confidently say that it has already payed for itself multiple times over. The sleep section alone is enough to change your life, as it has changed mine. By implementing some of the simple strategies in this section, including adding in the special snack, I have noticed my sleep quota reduce by about an hour on average, and I now wake up more refreshed and ready to tackle the day!
