Actionable Information with Profound Effects!
Although I have not even come close to finishing this book, I can confidently say that it has already payed for itself multiple times over. The sleep section alone is enough to change your life, as it has changed mine. By implementing some of the simple strategies in this section, including adding in the special snack, I have noticed my sleep quota reduce by about an hour on average, and I now wake up more refreshed and ready to tackle the day! Much more than I thought I would get.
The book is huge, 565 pages (eBook version). Covering sleep, exercise, nutrition, work, and mind. I love the way the book is designed both as far how the content is structured, very easy to follow along, understand and retain as well as the visuals. Each topic covers the main processes involved as well as tools to help you improve in each area. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
Lots of Great Information
The content of the ebook is great. There is a lot of it there; so much it will likely take me months to really digest it all. I'm glad its offered it in a variety of different formats. I like having in on kindle so i can read it on my phone, but the tables and graphics don't display very well, its nice that they give you a pdf version too.
